Redemption
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for services and retail products at JB’s Barbers.
- The Gift Voucher must be presented at the time of payment.
Value
- Each Gift Voucher is valid for the value purchased.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up with additional funds.
Cash Policy
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.
- Any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Voucher until fully redeemed or the voucher expires.
Expiry
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
- JB’s Barbers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers.
- Please treat your Gift Voucher like cash.
Refunds
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Services or products purchased using a Gift Voucher are subject to JB’s Barbers’ standard refund and exchange policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Other Conditions
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
- JB’s Barbers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, where permitted by law.
